Evening Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Evening Administrative Assistant position sets up classrooms and welcomes students and teachers into our evening classes. No benefits are attached to this position. Training provided. Once hired, the employee may attend one free course per semester, not to exceed $150 per course, provided coverage is available (max: 3 free classes per year).

Greeting/directing teachers and helping them get audio/visual components set up. Greeting/directing students to their classes, answering phone calls, and taking registrations/payments for courses.

$17.60/hour. Four evenings (M-Th) per week from 4 PM to 8 PM. This is a school year position (Sep-June). Start times and evening shifts may vary depending on program needs.

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills needed.
• Computer and customer service experience is essential.
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently.
