Office Administrator/ Coordinator
HEB Engineers, Inc. is seeking a full-time Administrative/Technical Assistant to join our team in our North Conway, NH office. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. HEB Engineers provides civil and structural engineering and surveying services across northern New England, with offices in North Conway, NH and Bridgton, ME.

Responsibilities- Preparing and editing reports, correspondence, forms, and presentations.
- Greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling, filing, copying, ordering supplies, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Supporting technical staff and department teammates with various administrative tasks.
- Performing other duties as needed based on experience and interests.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in a professional office setting is preferred.
- Experience with technical writing is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business/office administration or a related field is preferred.
