About The Role

Delivery drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and continuously providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are important to us, giving customer feedback insights and ensuring we stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero hour/casual contract

You will support the branch in covering holidays or absences, contributing to the overall success of a high‑performing organization and promoting the Company brand through positive interaction with customers.

Main Duties Include

• Delivering products to customers’ premises within a 40-mile radius
• Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
• Providing feedback to branch on relevant customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as required
• Vehicle maintenance including daily checks
• Helping in the warehouse as required
• Assisting with inter‑branch transfer deliveries as required

Working Hours

Up to 41 hours (average) Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working – depending on cover needed in the branch.

About You

What you'll need to succeed

• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Must have a minimum of 3 years driving experience
• Excellent knowledge of a 40-mile radius of the branch
• Previous experience within a delivery driver role
• Ability to understand the necessity of excellent standards of customer service
• Work to deadlines with good timekeeping skills
• Customer focused, driven to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
