Forklift Counterbalance Driver – Temp to Perm – Headcorn

January 2026. Pay: £13.00 per hour rising to £13.50 per hour.

Temporary to Permanent.

Hours:

Rotating shifts – Week 1: 07:00-15:00 | Week 2: 15:00-23:00.

We are recruiting an experienced Forklift Counterbalance Driver for our client's busy warehouse in Headcorn. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to secure a permanent role after a successful temporary period.

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading goods.
• Moving stock within the warehouse.
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required.

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Must have your own transport due to location.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts (early and late).
• Reliability and good attention to detail.

• Competitive pay rate of up to £13.50 per hour.
• Weekly pay via PAYE through Pertemps.
