Transport Clerk (Nights) – DHL Supply Chain

Pay Rate: £27,371.81 + 20% Night Shift allowance (hours 10pm-6am)

Grade: P

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off rotation 18:00-06:00

Location: Allington - ME16 0LE

• Manage customer proof of deliveries for scanning/uploading and action missing proof of deliveries and returns
• Daily brief and de-brief of drivers
• Ensure compliance with all Company Health & Safety policies and highlight any concerns/issues to senior management in a timely manner
• Support all aspects of the Transport Operation
• Monitor drivers schedules whilst on route using Microlise and follow appropriate escalation procedures where required

• Experience working within a transport operation
• Experience with Tachomaster and Microlise
• Good knowledge of Legal Compliance and working time directive for Drivers
• Excellent PC skills – All Microsoft packages
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
