Our Therapeutic Alliance brings together skilled counsellors and dedicated administrative support to ensure young people can access the right help, at the right time.

We offer flexible support including school-based sessions, community-based counselling and secure online appointments. About the Role
  • Deliver one-to-one therapeutic counselling to children and young people across schools, centres and online.
  • Manage your own caseload and complete initial assessments.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential therapeutic records.
  • Liaise with professionals, families and school staff as required.
  • Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns in line with policy.
  • Work flexibly on a self-employed basis, with own insurance, DBS and membership.
About You
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People.
  • Registered with BACP/UKCP and committed to ethical practice.
  • Experience counselling children and young people across varied settings.
  • Able to build rapport, show empathy and maintain professional boundaries.
  • Strong organisational, communication and record-keeping skills.
  • Committed to reflective practice and ongoing CPD.
