Salary£39,000 base with earning potential of £55,000+ through our client’s daily job bonus scheme

About the RoleDue to rapid growth, our client is expanding their plumbing division and are looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Plumber to join their team.
You’ll be attending residential and commercial plumbing callouts including:- Leak detection and repairs
- Tap, toilet, basin and pipework issues
- Emergency callouts (rotating basis)
- Cylinder faults and basic diagnostics
- General domestic plumbing repairs
- Working alongside our client’s drainage team when required
- £39k base salary
- Daily job bonus – realistic OTE £55k+
- Company van (black and green fleet)
- Fuel card
- Company uniform
- Ongoing training and development
- Supportive management and clear progression routes
- Work for a fast-growing, high-performing company with over 1,400+ emergency callouts in year one
- 2+ years domestic plumbing experience
- Good customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Reliability, professionalism and strong timekeeping
