Lloyd Recruitment Services is working with a leading building services supplier seeking a hands‑on Field Repair Engineer to support residential customers across Kent and surrounding areas.

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role, ideal for someone with strong practical skills. Previous experience in a similar repair or installation environment is welcome, but full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and transferable skills.

Reporting to the Branch Manager and working closely with a team of experienced installers, you will carry out repairs and maintenance on residential mechanical and installation‑based products. You will work independently on site while representing the business in a professional and friendly manner.

This is a varied and rewarding role offering long‑term stability and progression.

• A full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Physically able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Clear communication skills and a customer‑focused approach

• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
