Plumber / Carpenter – Residential Maintenance

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. Rate: £24.50 per hour.

Swanley.

We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber / Carpenter (Multi-Trade) to join our team, working across residential properties within the specified postcode areas. This is a long-term role offering consistent weekly hours, stability, and a highly supportive environment.

• Carry out plumbing and carpentry maintenance within occupied and void residential properties.
• Complete tasks such as leaks, blockages, minor pipework, bathroom repairs, door repairs/hanging, skirting, architraves and general maintenance.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship in tenants' homes.
• Work independently and manage your workload efficiently.

• Proven experience in both plumbing and carpentry trades (multi-trade).
• Experience in domestic/residential repairs.
• Own tools and transport initially (company vehicle and tools provided upon onboarding).
• Good communication skills.
• Reliability, strong problem‑solving ability, and excellent attention to detail.

• £24.50 per hour.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Stable, ongoing work within a consistent patch of postcodes.
• Supportive team and well‑organised schedule.
• Company vehicle provided.
• Fuel card provided.
• Trade card and company tools provided.
