Skilled Multitrader

Position: Skilled Multitrader (Permanent, Contract)
Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Skilled Multi trader to begin work for a well-established company in the Kent area.

About the role:

* Working Hours:

Project-based – 5 years contract, ongoing work.

* Total Pay Rate: up to £210 per day completed installation (expected to be completed within 10 days).

* Brief Role

Description:

* We require an experienced subcontractor to deliver full bathroom adaptation and graded floor shower installations within domestic properties. Works include full strip-out, waste disposal, wall and floor preparation, plumbing alterations, shower former installation, tiling, decoration, fitting sanitaryware, and final handover to the client.

You will be fully responsible for site supervision, protection of property, compliance documentation, and ensuring works are delivered to specification.

About You:

* High work ethic & team player

* Punctual, reliable, and professional

* You must be a time-served/qualified bathroom installer / wet room specialist

* Experience working to detailed specifications and client standards

* Competent in plumbing, tiling, carpentry, and finishing works

* Able to manage own materials (excluding client-supplied items)

* Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience

* Comfortable using mobile apps to submit progress photos

* Own Vehicle and Tools required

* DBS required, if you don't have one dont worry we will pay for it!
