We are seeking an experienced and qualified Thermic Welder to join our specialist rail team, delivering critical works across the UK's railway infrastructure. With a strong pipeline of work and long-term opportunities, this is your chance to be part of some of the most exciting rail upgrades and maintenance programs in the country.

• Valid Thermic Welding certification (Network Rail approved)
• Proven experience on permanent way / track projects
• PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification – essential
• TW1-2, RT1-2
• Full understanding of rail welding standards and safety protocols
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible shift patterns
• Strong team player with excellent attention to detail

• Carry out thermic welding on track components to the highest industry standards
• Work across renewals, maintenance, and installation projects
• Ensure strict adherence to Network Rail safety procedures and technical requirements
• Complete welding reports and quality checks as required
