Salary:
Up to £55,000 PAYE + van, tools & fuel card

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

We are recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join a well-established business delivering commercial and high-end residential projects across the South East.

This is a long-term role for a senior installer who can work independently, represent the company professionally on site, and deliver high-quality installations.

• Installation of air conditioning systems (splits, multi-splits, VRV/VRF)

• Commercial and high-end residential projects

• Working independently and as part of a team

• Client-facing work on site

• Occasional attendance at a Dartford-based office

• Minimum 7-10 years experience in air conditioning (installation-focused)

• Strong UK installation experience

• F-Gas certified

• Full UK driving license

• Professional, presentable, and reliable

• Happy covering Kent, Essex & East London

• Up to £55,000 PAYE

• Company van, tools & fuel card

• Monday-Friday working week
