Client Relationship Manager - Field-Based (Kent/Surrey)
Salary:
Up to £30,000 OTE
Hours:
Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
Nolan Recruitment are recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager to join a respected organisation within the residential property sector. This is a field-based role where you will manage your own diary, build strong partnerships with house builder clients and act as a key representative for the business.
The Role- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Conduct site visits, meetings and regular check‑ins
- Understand client needs and ensure excellent service delivery
- Liaise between clients and internal teams
- Track KPIs and maintain accurate CRM records
- Identify opportunities for business growth
- Deliver client training when needed
- 1+ year sales experience (property experience a bonus)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication & relationship‑building skills
- Professional, proactive and well‑organised
- Able to work Saturdays (occasional Sundays)
- Autonomy & diary control
- Career development in the property sector
