Client Relationship Manager - Field-Based (Kent/Surrey)

Nolan Recruitment are recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager to join a respected organisation within the residential property sector. This is a field-based role where you will manage your own diary, build strong partnerships with house builder clients and act as a key representative for the business.

• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Conduct site visits, meetings and regular check‑ins
• Understand client needs and ensure excellent service delivery
• Liaise between clients and internal teams
• Track KPIs and maintain accurate CRM records
• Identify opportunities for business growth
• Deliver client training when needed

• 1+ year sales experience (property experience a bonus)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication & relationship‑building skills
• Professional, proactive and well‑organised
• Able to work Saturdays (occasional Sundays)
