Business Development Executive - Van Sales - Patch:
Southeast of England

Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission + Company Vehicle + Company Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning automotive organisation as a Business Development Executive in their Van Sales Team. Our client is seeking a motivated, ambitious, and customer-focused sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building long-term client relationships.

The Role

This position is focused on new business development within the van and fleet sector, managing the full sales journey from initial prospecting through to closing deals and nurturing ongoing partnerships.

You will work closely with business customers to understand their operational needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions that genuinely support their growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and win new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and direct outreach
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal completion
  • Build and maintain long‑term fleet customer relationships
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable van solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity
  • Stay informed on industry trends, including electric vehicle developments
About You
