New Car Sales Executive

5 Day Working Week!

Strong Commission, OTE of £40k+

Busy and Organised Main Dealer!

Maidstone Area

An established main dealer is looking to add an experienced New Car Sales Executive to its sales team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured main dealer environment, enjoys working with a steady flow of enquiries, and is confident delivering consistent monthly results across both retail and Motability sales.

Responsibilities

* Selling new vehicles to retail and Motability customers

* Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to handover

* Delivering a professional, compliant, and customer-focused sales experience

* Achieving agreed monthly sales targets and KPIs

* Maintaining accurate customer and sales records

* Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team

Requirements

* Previous experience as a New Car Sales Executive within a main dealer environment

* Ability to consistently achieve a minimum of 10 vehicles per month (retail and Motability combined)

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Confident, target-driven, and well-organised approach

* Full UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits

* Basic salary of £18,000 (rising to £22,000 in the near future)

* On-target earnings of £40,000

* 5-day working week

* Monday to Friday: 8am – 6pm, Saturday: 9am – 5pm, 1-in-3 Sundays: 10am – 4pm

* 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

* Alternate bank holidays off
