Our client, a leading name in the hair care industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. With a staggering turnover of over £1 billion last year and a presence in over 100 countries worldwide, the sky's the limit when you join this dynamic team.

As the Business Development Manager, you'll spearhead the management and cultivation of relationships with top salon customer accounts across the vibrant territory of Kent and surrounding areas!

• Build strong client relationships, adding value to salons.
• Assist in implementing marketing activities for sales growth.
• Coordinate brand events during launches and retail periods.
• Ensure premium brand presentation and product promotion in salons.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and meeting targets.

• A full UK Driving License is essential for this role.
• Demonstrable experience in account management within a face-to-face setting.
• Residency in or within close proximity to Kent

• Salary:
  Up to £33,000 (Depending on level of experience)
• Bonus:
  Monthly bonus scheme (OTE - up to £50,000)
