Deliver personalised service in-store and at customers’ homes, guiding them through our unique chair fitting service and the wellbeing benefits of our expertly designed products.

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly approach and create a memorable experience.
• Help customers discover chairs and sofas that suit style, fabric, and size preferences.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation to ensure a fresh, tidy look.
• Work a mix of weekdays and weekends; a DBS check applies.

• Empathetic, warm, and friendly communication style.
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Passion for people and helping others.
• Enthusiasm, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn – previous retail sales experience is a plus.
