Role OverviewDeliver personalised service in-store and at customers’ homes, guiding them through our unique chair fitting service and the wellbeing benefits of our expertly designed products.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers with a warm, friendly approach and create a memorable experience.
- Help customers discover chairs and sofas that suit style, fabric, and size preferences.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation to ensure a fresh, tidy look.
- Work a mix of weekdays and weekends; a DBS check applies.
- Empathetic, warm, and friendly communication style.
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Passion for people and helping others.
- Enthusiasm, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn – previous retail sales experience is a plus.
