Salary: £46,000 – £62,000 per annum | 30–35 days holiday (pro‑rated) | 10% in‑store discount | Pension scheme.

• Be responsible for managing and improving the day‑to‑day operations and performance of your store KPIs
• Optimise processes and solve problems to keep your store running like clockwork and your team focused on their tasks
• Excellent time‑management, delegation, and problem‑solving skills
