Hours: 42.5 hours per week - 5 days a week (8.5 hrs per day - includes some weekends)

Pay: £43,000 Per annum

• Leading the Kitchen and Dining service across the home.
• Designing, presenting and delivering high quality menu options.
• Procuring ingredients and delivering impeccable customer service in line with Health, Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations.
• You will also have an opportunity to recruit, induct and develop within your department.

• Impeccable leadership and communication skills.
• Intermediate food hygiene certificate.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and experience of delivering a high‑quality service as a Head Chef is essential.
• Experience of recruiting, inducting and training your own team.
