Head of Sustainability

Head of Sustainability Bridge Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced sustainability professional to join a growing organisation within the construction and housing sector, leading the development and delivery of a group-wide sustainability and ESG strategy. This strategic role will focus on embedding sustainable practices across the business, supporting the delivery of a net-carbon housing approach, and ensuring ESG principles are integrated into core decision-making.

The Role Develop and implement the organisations sustainability and ESG strategy Establish clear targets, monitor performance, and report on progress Work closely with senior leadership to embed sustainability across operations Act as the internal subject matter expert on sustainability and social value Support ESG reporting, communications and stakeholder engagement Build relationships with external partners including industry bodies, local authorities and policy stakeholders Champion sustainability initiatives both internally and externally
