I am seeking a Care Home Manager for this lovely, highly regarded care home that is part of a growing and successful independent care group specialising in the care of the elderly.

You’ll be responsible for the overall leadership and operational success of this home. With strong backing from a well‑resourced senior team, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to develop a positive culture, deliver the highest standards of care, and build a motivated, stable workforce.

This is an exciting time in the home’s development with plans for a small extension increasing bed numbers, due to the home’s success.

• Providing inspirational leadership to staff, ensuring resident well‑being is at the heart of everything.
• Driving occupancy while maintaining excellent standards of compliance and safety.
• Embedding a strong, positive culture of care, dignity, and respect.
• Building trusted relationships with residents, families, regulators, and the wider community.
• Overseeing budgets, staffing, audits, and quality assurance.

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a residential and dementia care setting.
• In‑depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• A track record of improving quality and driving occupancy.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
