Branch Manager – Estate Agency Branch, Maidstone, North Kent

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager for a well established Estate Agency branch in Maidstone North Kent. You’ll be running your branch like it’s your own business, shaping its success and driving profitability.

• Basic Salary £31,000 pa
• OTE £55,000 pa uncapped
• 5 days per week including alternate Saturdays
• Company Car or Car Allowance up to £4,000 pa
• Profit related bonus share scheme
• 33 days paid holiday, day off for your birthday
• Holiday commission

• Run the branch as your own business, shaping success and driving profitability.

• Own the profitability and growth of your branch, leading and іхing the business.
• Motivate and inspire your team, lead by example and help the team hit targets.
• List properties and support vendors – help vendors get the best price and match buyers with their dream homes.
• Be the local market expert and build reputation as the go‑to specialist in the area.
