We are looking for an experienced, client-focused individual with a background in Personal Lines, SME, or junior commercial insurance. Candidates should have knowledge of SME or package/commercial combined products and be confident using insurer e-trade platforms and client management systems. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage a busy workload are essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who:
- Are proactive, eager to learn, and career-focused.
- Work well in a collaborative environment.
- Have experience with Acturis or are working toward a Cert CII (desirable, not essential).
The SME Account Handler will manage a high volume of policies for small and medium-sized business clients across package and commercial combined products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling renewals, adjustments, and client enquiries.
- Processing policies accurately via insurer platforms.
- Building strong client relationships and liaising with insurers.
- Collaborating with colleagues across our SME hubs.
