Trainee / Junior Recruitment Consultant (Associate)

Year 1 OTE: ~£40k | Uncapped Commission

Ovise is a dynamic and fast-growing technology transformation staffing partner. Since launching 18 months ago, we have already generated well in excess of seven figures in GP and secured global accounts with some of the most exciting names in the industry. With strong foundations and ambitious growth plans, we are now looking to expand our team with a highly motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant.

Recruitment is a challenging and rewarding career that requires resilience, commitment, and a strong work ethic. This role is not suited to someone looking for a standard 9-5. However, for those willing to invest the effort, the rewards are significant, with uncapped earning potential and long-term career progression in an industry unlike any other.

This opportunity is based in our UK hub. However, the majority of our clients are US-centric, so working hours are slightly adjusted to better support the timezone: 10am to 7pm Monday to Thursday, with a 5pm finish on Friday.
