Part-Time HR Advisor

Location: Maidstone (Office-based)

Hours: 3 days per week – Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am–5:00pm

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 FTE (pro rata)

We are working with a growing and dynamic organisation based in Maidstone, who are looking to recruit a Part-Time HR Advisor to support their expanding workforce.

This is a fully office-based role, working three full days per week (Monday–Wednesday), and would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and working closely with managers and employees.

Reporting into the senior HR team, the HR Advisor will provide generalist HR support across the business, including:

• Advising managers on employee relations matters, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance issues
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and probation processes
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation
• Assisting with HR projects and initiatives aligned to business growth
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for HR queries

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
• Confident advising managers and handling ER matters end to end
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
