A growing HR consultancy is seeking a Part-Time HR Advisor based in Maidstone. The role involves providing generalist HR support, advising managers on employee relations, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' HR experience, knowledge of UK employment law, and strong communication and organizational skills. This is an office-based position, working three days a week, Monday to Wednesday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
