Salary: 62,000 per annum

We are working with a well-established residential care home in Maidstone, Kent, to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee a dedicated team and deliver high-quality care for residents living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff in creating and maintaining person-centred care plans and risk assessments
• Ensure care standards are implemented and regularly reviewed
• Maintain effective communication with residents and their families
• Manage complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company policies
• Promote a culture of high-quality care and continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year's experience managing a care home
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
