You will complete a comprehensive Emergency Department–specific induction programme designed to support your transition into the role. We offer a 6‑month preceptorship period underpinned by the RCN Emergency Nursing Competencies, ensuring structured development from the outset. Our dedicated Practice Development Team will support you throughout your career, guiding you toward your learning goals, helping you develop essential core skills, and enabling you to consolidate your previous experience.

We run an in‑house Emergency Care course accredited by Greenwich University.
