Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality care in schools, supported living, residential settings and homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care and promote independence.
- Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, severe mental health issues, challenging behaviour and eating disorders.
- Help users achieve goals and improve quality of life.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all service users.
- Minimum 6 months experience in healthcare.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred; long‑term experience acceptable).
- Valid driving licence (manual preferred).
- Experience in schools, supported living and residential care.
- Training in PMVA and PBS (preferred).
- Clean DBS clearance.
- Ability to cover shifts on short notice with calmness and efficiency.
- Empathetic, able to manage under pressure.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Open to feedback and positive improvement.
- Friendly, proactive in addressing issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Desire to make a positive impact and uphold high‑quality compassionate care.
