Position: Healthcare Assistant (Urgently Needed)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality care in schools, supported living, residential settings and homes.
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care and promote independence.
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, severe mental health issues, challenging behaviour and eating disorders.
  • Help users achieve goals and improve quality of life.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all service users.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 6 months experience in healthcare.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred; long‑term experience acceptable).
  • Valid driving licence (manual preferred).
  • Experience in schools, supported living and residential care.
  • Training in PMVA and PBS (preferred).
  • Clean DBS clearance.
  • Ability to cover shifts on short notice with calmness and efficiency.
