Care Home Manager —
Salary: £42,000 per annum ·

Start Monday is working with a well-established residential care home to recruit an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager
. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to guide a committed team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents living with dementia. You'll be joining a supportive organisation that values its staff and strives to make a real difference every day.

• Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
• Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and compliance standards
• Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and professionals
• Manage complaints, grievances, and staffing matters in line with company policy
• Foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement

• Minimum of one year's experience managing a residential or dementia care home
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• A proactive, compassionate approach to care
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport
