Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional person-centred care.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and company policies.
- Support clients with personal care and administer medication.
- Move and handle clients, both with and without hoists.
- Be supportive, calm, and understanding.
- Full UK right to work.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- 6 months minimum of UK care experience.

What is a rapid response nurse?As a rapid response nurse, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex healthcare needs. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with one or a few clients in your local area.
Your role will involve ensuring that each client receives person-centred care and helping them lead fulfilling and happy lives.
What does a rapid response nurse do?Being a rapid response nurse is rewarding and fulfilling, and you’ll cover a wide range of tasks. Throughout, our nurse managers and field care supervisors will ensure you have the knowledge and skills to provide safe, effective care.
Day-to-day tasksA rapid response nurse’s daily tasks may include supporting clients with personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, activity planning, and community access.
You may also provide clinical support, including tracheostomy, PEG, and ventilation management.
When required, you may assist with light household duties and preparing meals.
