• Drive the sisters’ vehicle as required (full manual driving licence).
• Work flexible shift patterns, including day, night and occasional sleep‑in shifts.
• Commit to a full‑time schedule of 39 hours per week, with minimal weekend work.
• Receive training and support for new support workers.

• No experience or qualifications required; training provided.
• Full manual driving licence required.
• Post is restricted to women only as a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9 paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
• Good values and willingness to learn.

Full‑time, 39 hours per week. The service operates 24 hours a day over a five‑day period, with day shifts from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm and possible night shifts. The location is Allington, with free on‑site parking, bus stops nearby, and a 30‑minute walk to Maidstone high street.

£12.53 – £12.82 per hour.
