Job Description

• Processing treasury payments.
• Daily maintenance of multi‑currency cash books.
• Preparing manual payments through relevant banking systems
• Administering BACS payments via the Host‑to‑Host platform Access Pay.
• Managing general ledger accounts, including posting journals.
• Completing bank reconciliations accurately and within deadlines.
• Carrying out general administrative tasks.
• Recording standing orders and direct debits.
• Assisting with audit queries.
• Supporting the Treasury team with ad hoc duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Treasury / Accounts Assistant should have:

Due to peak activity at certain times of the month, the successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure, communicate in a friendly yet professional manner, prioritise their workload effectively, and work collaboratively within both the Team and the wider company.

• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
