About the CompanyOur client is a well-established and growing financial services organisation committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Risk Administrator to join their Risk & Compliance team.
The RoleAs a Risk Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the effective operation of the company's risk management framework. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in financial services risk, compliance, and governance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining and updating the company's risk registers.
- Support regular risk assessments, reviews, and control testing.
- Monitor and track incidents, near misses, and breaches, ensuring timely escalation.
- Prepare reports and documentation for risk committees and senior management.
- Support regulatory compliance processes and assist with internal audits.
- Help ensure the organisation adheres to policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of risk processes and controls.
- Experience with in financial services, risk, compliance, or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse data and identify potential risks or issues.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work with stakeholders across the business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
