Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: 40,000 - 43,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established environmental consultancy who provide specialist asbestos services across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites. They are looking for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their expanding team covering Maidstone and the wider Kent region.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include:
Undertake Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG
264 guidance
Carry out air monitoring, four stage clearances, leak testing, and reassurance sampling in accordance with HSG
248
Collect and record bulk samples accurately during site visits
Produce clear and compliant technical reports
Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic properties
Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues

Skills and experience required for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst:
BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications (essential)
Proven experience working within a UKAS accredited consultancy
Strong knowledge of current asbestos legislation and HSE guidance
Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
