Position: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (Permanent)

🔧 What you'll be doing

Support commercial delivery across long‑term contracts
Help set up, manage and price contracts - keeping projects on track and profitable
Prepare tender documentation and analyse bids
Work closely with Project Managers, Designers, Planners and Commercial teams
Assess contractor applications, CE/EWNs and produce payment certificates
Maintain risk registers, spot risks & opportunities, and drive strong commercial control
Ensure NEC3 compliance and support dispute resolution when needed

🎯 What you bring

Quantity surveying experience across varied contracts
Strong commercial instincts in a construction or project‑led environment
Confident communicator with solid analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Intermediate MS Office skills; SAP/P6 knowledge a bonus
Desire to progress toward RICS/CIOB/ICES (advantageous)
