Full Time – Permanent – Minimum 3 days office work in Maidstone, Kent.

You will be involved in the design of:

• Drainage (surface and foul, with SuDS)
• Highways (estate roads)
• Earthwork strategies
• Utilities

Providing an exciting range of development work, from a few dwellings to thousands, with a key focus on residential schemes.

• UK consultancy experience in civil infrastructure design
• Knowledge of relevant Sectional Agreements (S278, S38, S104, S106, etc.)
• Working knowledge of industry standard software (Civil 3D, Site 3D, PDS, Micro/Info Drainage, or Causeway Flow)
