About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our team at our Maidstone office. You will be a vital link in a multidisciplinary chain, working alongside our in-house surveyors, engineers and project managers. Our team handles a diverse portfolio – from complex education projects to high-stakes fire remediation and large-scale public and private sector projects. You’ll take the lead on detailed technical design packages and construction drawings, navigate the Building Safety Act and latest Building Regulations, and lead echoes on‑site technical queries to ensure design intent becomes reality.

you’ll bring to the team
  • Strong proficiency in Revit
  • A Ramon deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction technology
  • CIAT accreditation (or a clear desire to achieve it)
  • A collaborative mindset – someone who enjoys solving problems as a team
