My client is a long-established Building Services Contractor based in London, recognised for delivering high-end commercial developments across Central London alongside a strong portfolio of Residential, Healthcare, Education and Industrial projects.

Following significant business growth over recent years, they are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their pre-construction team and support the continued expansion of their project pipeline.

Mechanical Estimator Position Overview

As Mechanical Estimator
, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate, competitive, and commercially sound tenders for a range of building services projects. Working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager, Mechanical Design team, and commercial departments, you will be responsible for interpreting specifications, reviewing mechanical designs, and producing detailed cost plans and tender submissions.
