Are you an enthusiastic Business teacher with a passion for helping students understand how organisations operate and succeed in the modern economy? The Malling School, recognised as a Good school with aspects graded Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking a motivated Teacher of Business to join our supportive and ambitious team.

About the DepartmentBusiness plays an important role in helping students understand enterprise, entrepreneurship and the wider economic world. Our curriculum encourages students to think critically about real-world business issues while developing transferable skills such as problem solving, communication and financial awareness.
We support staff through:- Efficient assessment systems that support learning while managing workload
- Weekly subject-specific CPD and collaboration with external partners
- Opportunities to engage with outstanding schools and subject specialists
- Teach Business Studies to GCSE, with potential KS5 opportunities depending on experience
- Participate in a strong professional development programme
- Benefit from highly effective behaviour systems that support excellent teaching
- Receive personalised induction, coaching and developmental learning walks
- Contribute to the development of an ambitious Business curriculum
- Hold QTS and be able to teach Business to KS3 and GCSE (KS5 desirable)

- Bring enthusiasm, subject passion and a values-driven approach to teaching

All successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure, Occupational Health check, two satisfactory references, an online check, and, where applicable, a prohibition from teaching check.
