Qualified Science Teacher - Maidstone

We are currently seeking a Qualified Science Teacher to join a welcoming and forward‑thinking secondary school in the Maidstone area. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable teacher who can deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential).

The Role:

Deliver high-quality Science lessons (Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics)
Plan, prepare and assess in line with the national curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Track pupil progress and support academic development
Work collaboratively within a supportive department

The Ideal Candidate :

Holds QTS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification)
Experience teaching Science at secondary level
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Passionate about inspiring students and raising attainment
ECTs and experienced teachers welcome to apply
