Located in the heart of Maidstone, this thriving secondary school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a temporary position, with the potential for the right candidate to make a significant impact within the department.

The Headteacher is looking to appoint an ambitious Dance Teacher who is eager to contribute to a creative and forward‑thinking Performing Arts department. The school is well‑regarded for its supportive Senior Leadership Team and strong Progress 8 results across all subject areas. With a clear commitment to educational excellence, the school embraces innovative teaching practices and invests heavily in high‑quality training and professional development for both new and existing staff.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience teaching and engaging KS3 and KS4 students, confidently delivering both practical and theory‑based Dance lessons. A strong understanding of health and safety within a performance environment, alongside effective behaviour management skills, will be essential for success in this role.
