Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans
- Assist in the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
- Foster a nurturing and encouraging learning environment
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents/carers as needed
- Contribute to the overall development and well-being of our students
- Relevant experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support (desirable)
