Supply Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our education team in a supply capacity to support a range of schoosl across Primary and SEN The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, engaging students in their studies, and supporting their academic growth. This role requires a commitment to educating young pupils and the ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs.

Duties

* Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to different learning styles.

* Educate students in various subjects.

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a respectful and conducive learning environment.

* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Skills/Requirements

* Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.

* QTS (preferred)

* DBS on the update system (3D Recruit are able to assist with this)

* Proficiency in behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.

* Experience or knowledge in Special Education practices.

* Ability to educate and inspire students through innovative teaching methods.

* Tutoring experience is beneficial for providing additional support to learners in need.

* A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success are essential for this role.
