Are you a passionate and committed Maths Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact? GSL Education Kent are delighted to offer a fantastic role for a dedicated Teacher of Maths to join a forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school in Maidstone from September 2025.

As a Maths Teacher, you will join a dynamic and motivated faculty, delivering high-quality lessons that inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and confidence in mathematical skills. Your ability to break down complex concepts and create a positive classroom environment will be essential in helping students succeed.
As a Teacher of Maths, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Supporting the development of numeracy across the curriculum
- Contributing to the wider school community and departmental planning
- Using creative and differentiated strategies to engage all learners
- Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and effort
To be considered for the Maths Teacher role, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school setting
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Be proactive, adaptable, and committed to fostering a supportive learning environment
- Possess an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
