Are you a passionate and committed Maths Teacher looking for a full‑time role starting in February? Swale Academies Trust is seeking an enthusiastic teacher of Mathematics to join our secondary schools in Sittingbourne.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are keen to deliver high‑quality maths education and make a meaningful impact on students' progress.

The Role:

As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, planning and assessing student learning, and contributing positively to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high‑quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
  • Assess, mark, and provide feedback in line with school and trust policies
  • Track student progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning
  • Engage positively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
  • Ability to plan engaging lessons and deliver effective assessments
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Commitment to raising achievement and supporting all learners
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and reflective practitioner
