As our Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers dropping off or picking up their vehicles for repair. Your role is essential in creating a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience.

• Greeting customers at reception
• Managing phone and email enquiries
• Making tea/coffee for customers and visitors
• Providing professional updates and follow-ups
• Supporting the site manager with day-to-day operations

• Previous experience in Customer Service and Reception
• Strong admin and accounts background
• Experience in the automotive repair industry is a huge plus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and process-oriented
• Reliable, with a consistent and professional work ethic
• Confident using computers and business software
• A friendly, team-focused attitude and positive energy!
