Salary: 36,000 - 40,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established environmental consultancy who offer specialist asbestos services across commercial, residential, and public sector environments. They are looking for a motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join their expanding team based in the Maidstone area.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor include:
Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys in line with HSG
264 guidelines
Collect bulk samples and ensure accurate site documentation
Produce clear and detailed asbestos survey reports
Carry out site inspections across a range of commercial, industrial, and domestic properties
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently

Skills and experience required for the role of Asbestos Surveyor:
BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS accredited consultancy
Strong working knowledge of HSG
264 and current asbestos legislation
Excellent written reporting skills and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
