This is a rare opportunity for an Estimator with strong Healthcare experience to join a well‑established main contractor delivering high‑profile commercial projects for blue‑chip and public‑sector clients, with values up to £15m. The contractor operates as a main contractor delivering refurbishment and occasional new‑build projects. The majority of its workload is within the healthcare sector, working on a number of hospitals across public and private facilities. Schemes typically range from £300 k to £15 m and are delivered directly for established blue‑chip and public‑sector clients. Following a strong year and continued workload growth, the business is expanding its estimating function.

This is a full‑time, office‑based Estimator role working closely with a small, experienced team. You will take healthcare projects from initial enquiry through to tender submission, contributing to competitive and commercially sound bids.

This position suits a detail‑focused Estimator with healthcare experience who is comfortable working independently and thrives in a supportive, professional environment. You will be commercially aware, organised, and confident managing the full tender process.

• Producing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Reviewing enquiries and completing bid/no‑bid assessments
• Analyzing tender documentation and preparing detailed estimates
• Submitting tenders and supporting post‑tender queries

• Proven experience as an Estimator
• Experience working on Healthcare Projects
• Experience producing competitive tenders
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Able to commute to Maidstone
