Job Title:

Site Manager (Commercial)

Location:

Maidstone, Kent

Project Value: GBP 5m – GBP 20m+

• Lead and coordinate on-site personnel, including subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Quality Control:
  Maintain the rigorous standards expected on a GBP 5m+ commercial build, ensuring the final handover is snag-free.
• Health and Safety:
  Manage RAMS, site inductions, and strict compliance with HSE regulations.
• Programming:
  Work with the Project Manager to track progress against the master programme, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Act as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and local authorities.

• Tier 1
  
  Experience:
  
  Proven track record working with Tier 1 contractors. You understand the reporting structures and documentation rigor required at this level.
• Project Scale:
  Demonstrated experience managing commercial projects with a minimum value of GBP 5m.

• SMSTS and CSCS (Black Card preferred).
• First Aid at Work.

A problem-solver with a boots-on-the-ground leadership style and a sharp eye for detail.
